To unlock the event, it requires at least 4 million Galactic Power and tiers require Relic 3+ characters. Each tier includes unique modifiers and rewards 20 shards/blueprints for characters/ships that were previously rewarded in Conquest. Victory counts are 1 per tier with maximum 3 rewards per tier after refreshes.
